Configure Components for Your Rack Application
Beamvora Racks reviews shelves, hooks, baskets, dividers, casters, feet and hardware kits for suitable supermarket racks, clothing displays, shoe racks and commercial kitchen racks. We support importers, distributors, retail chains and shopfitting buyers specifying complete rack programs or matching components.
Accessory selection starts with the items being stored or displayed, the rack structure and the required arrangement. Buyers should identify whether components will be fixed, adjustable or removable. Compatibility needs confirmation before quotation, especially when accessories must fit an existing rack supplied from another source.
Define Shelf Dimensions and Display Space
Shelf width, depth, edge profile and support positions affect usable space and component fit. Supermarket shelving may require different shelf depths or divider arrangements, while shoe displays need suitable tier spacing and shelf angles. Commercial kitchen shelves must match the intended storage layout and approved material specification.
Our size and structure customization review considers shelf dimensions alongside uprights, brackets and connections. Where loads are relevant, provide the expected loading conditions. A shelf panel should be assessed with its supports and span rather than assigned a capacity from appearance alone.
Match Hooks, Baskets and Dividers to the Frame
Hooks and baskets require compatible attachment points, sufficient clearance and a suitable position on the rack. Send the required dimensions, quantity per rack and reference images showing the proposed arrangement.
For components that attach to perforated panels or uprights, hole shape, spacing and connection details need review. A hook that appears similar may not fit a different panel thickness or hole pattern. Dividers should also be checked against shelf dimensions and the items they need to separate.
Review Mobility, Feet and Assembly Hardware
Casters and feet can change overall height, clearance and handling. Buyers should specify whether mobility is required, whether a locking function is needed and the intended floor conditions. The attachment must be compatible with the rack base and relevant loading requirements.
Hardware kits should identify the fasteners and quantities needed for the approved assembly. Matching bolts, nuts, washers and brackets are reviewed with the connection design. Our material and steel specification process helps establish the relevant component materials and dimensions.
Approve Fit and Finish Before Production
Suitable samples can confirm attachment, adjustment, shelf alignment and access during assembly. Accessories should be reviewed with the rack rather than approved only as loose parts. Their finish also needs coordination with the surrounding frame and shelves.
Through sample development, buyers can confirm critical details before bulk production. Existing or lightly modified samples usually require around 7–12 days; customized samples generally require around 12–20 days. Complex component changes may take longer.
Confirm Order Quantities and Packing Details
The order specification should state quantities per rack, total quantities and any separately packed spare components. Customized retail and display programs generally start from about 100–300 sets, depending on material, finish and structure. Separate accessory orders require an individual review of quantities and compatibility.
Production normally requires around 30–45 days for customized retail and display programs, subject to confirmed requirements and scheduling. Before shipment, accessory quantities and hardware kits are checked against the order. Protective separation and clearly identified bags help reduce rubbing, loose parts and confusion during assembly.
Send Your Accessory Requirements
Provide the rack type, drawings or reference photos, component dimensions, attachment details, quantities per rack and total order quantity. Include relevant loads, material and finish preferences, spare-part requirements, packing instructions and destination. We will review compatibility before confirming the quotation basis, samples and production schedule.
