Rack Manufacturer for Retail, Display & Storage Systems
Beamvora Racks is a rack manufacturer and supplier established in 2010 in Xiangcheng District, Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. We manufacture supermarket racks, stainless steel kitchen racks, clothing display racks, shoe racks, and project-based pallet racks, cantilever racks, FIFO racking systems and mezzanine structures for importers, distributors, retail chains, shopfitting contractors and project buyers.
We support factory-direct OEM and custom rack production from buyer drawings, reference samples, specifications or application requirements. Dimensions, structural configuration, materials, load requirements, surface finish, branding, accessories, labels and export packaging can be confirmed before production. Standard retail and display rack programs typically start from 50–100 sets per model, while customized programs generally start from 100–300 sets. Industrial racking is quoted according to project configuration, quantity and steel volume.
Main Rack Categories for Wholesale & Project Sourcing

Retail and display programs can be modified for structure, material, finish, branding, accessories, labels and packing, while pallet racks, cantilever racks, FIFO systems and mezzanine projects are developed around layout, structural configuration and required loads.
Rack Manufacturing & Quality Control
Our Suzhou rack manufacturing facility covers material preparation, metal cutting and forming, tube processing, welding, surface preparation, finishing, assembly, inspection and export packing. Equipment includes CNC laser cutting, CNC punching, press-brake forming, roll forming, tube bending, MIG/MAG welding, spot welding, grinding, polishing and powder-coating equipment. Inspection points are set according to the approved drawing, specification and intended application of each rack type.
Material Preparation, Cutting & Forming
Steel sheet, tube, wire and stainless steel are checked against the required material and dimensions before fabrication. Laser cutting, punching, drilling, press-brake bending or roll forming is selected according to component geometry, hole pattern and rack structure.
Welding, Fabrication & Surface Finishing
Fabricated components are checked for joint position, alignment and structural consistency during welding. Grinding and surface preparation are completed before the specified finish, including powder coating, stainless steel finishing or other applicable treatments.
Trial Assembly & Product Inspection
Inspection can cover dimensions, hole positions, weld condition, coating appearance and thickness, component fit, shelf alignment, stability, accessories and trial assembly. Load or structural testing is arranged for selected racks and projects when required by the agreed specification.
Export Packing & Pre-Shipment Check
Before shipment, component quantities, hardware kits, accessories, labels, carton marks and packing are checked against the order. Packing may use knock-down cartons, PE or EPE protection, corner protectors, bundled packing, pallets or heavier protective packing according to the rack structure and shipment method.
What We Need for an Accurate Rack Quotation
Rack pricing depends on structure, material, dimensions, finish, order quantity and packing rather than appearance alone. A drawing is useful for customized work, but a clear reference photo with basic dimensions, quantity and application information is often enough for an initial quotation review.
From Specification to Sample, Production & Shipment
For customized orders, the commercial and technical specification is confirmed before production begins. Existing or lightly modified samples normally require around 7–12 days, while customized samples generally require around 12–20 days. Production scheduling is confirmed after the structure, finish, quantity and approval requirements are clear.
Who We Supply
Beamvora Racks is structured for B2B purchasing rather than one-off retail sales. We work with buyers sourcing repeat rack programs, branded retail fixtures, commercial installations and project-based storage systems where specification consistency, production follow-up and export preparation matter.
How We Reduce Rack Procurement Risk
For rack orders, the main purchasing risks are usually unclear specifications, unapproved changes, inconsistent components, missing hardware and inadequate export protection. Our order follow-up focuses on confirming these points before they become shipment issues.
Inspection is based on the requirements relevant to the rack type, including dimensions, fabrication, welding, coating, assembly, stability, accessories and final packing rather than a generic visual check alone.
