Turn Purchasing Requirements into Production Details
Beamvora Racks manufactures supermarket racks, stainless steel kitchen racks, clothing display racks and shoe racks for importers, distributors, retail chains and shopfitting contractors. Industrial racking projects are reviewed separately according to layout, configuration and relevant loads.
Manufacturing begins with the approved product requirements. Drawings, reference samples and specifications establish dimensions, materials, connections, finishes, accessories and packing. Before fabrication, unresolved details need clarification so the quotation and production work refer to the same configuration.
Select the Fabrication Route for Each Component
A rack may combine sheet-metal shelves, tubular frames, wire accessories and purchased hardware. Each component requires a suitable manufacturing route. Cutting, punching, drilling, bending or roll forming is selected according to its geometry and connection features.
During material preparation, steel sheet, tube, wire and stainless steel are checked against the required material and dimensions. Section sizes and thicknesses must correspond to the approved structure. Similar-looking components should not be treated as interchangeable without reviewing their specifications.
Control Dimensions, Connections and Alignment
Shelf supports, hole patterns and joining positions determine whether components fit together. A small change to an upright, bracket or frame can affect shelf alignment, accessory attachment and assembly.
Our welding and fabrication process reviews joint positions and structural consistency where welding is required. Grinding and surface preparation follow the applicable fabrication work. Knock-down designs also require correctly matched fasteners and accessible connections, while welded structures need confirmation of their handling and packing requirements.
Coordinate Finishing with Assembly
Powder-coated colors, stainless steel finishes and other applicable treatments follow the confirmed product requirements. Approved references help establish appearance across frames, shelves, panels and accessories.
Finishing must remain compatible with holes, supports and adjustable components. Visible surfaces, edges and weld areas are considered alongside assembly fit. Finish changes should be reviewed before production because they may affect sample approval, component preparation and scheduling.
Check the Complete Rack Configuration
Inspection considers the requirements relevant to each rack type, including dimensions, hole positions, weld condition, coating appearance and thickness, component fit, stability and accessories.
Through trial assembly and load checks, suitable assemblies can be reviewed against the approved configuration. Load or structural testing is arranged for selected products and projects according to the agreed specification. Buyers requiring third-party inspection should confirm its scope and timing before shipment preparation.
Prepare Components for Export
Before packing, component quantities, hardware kits, accessories, labels and carton marks are checked against the order. Suitable methods include knock-down cartons, PE or EPE protection, corner protectors, bundled packing and pallets.
The packing arrangement follows component shape, finish and shipment requirements. Separating parts that could rub together and identifying hardware clearly supports practical unpacking and assembly. EXW, FOB, CIF and selected DDP arrangements are reviewed according to the order and destination.
Confirm Order Timing and Manufacturing Requirements
Standard orders are generally planned for around 25–35 days after specification confirmation. Customized retail and display programs normally require around 30–45 days. Larger industrial projects may require around 35–60 days, depending on scope and scheduling.
Send the rack type, application, dimensions, quantity, relevant loads, material, finish and accessories. Include drawings or reference images, inspection requirements, packing instructions and destination. We will review these details before confirming the quotation basis and production schedule.
