Start with the Application and Purchasing Requirements
Beamvora Racks develops custom rack solutions for importers, distributors, retail chains, shopfitting contractors and project buyers. Programs include supermarket shelving, stainless steel kitchen racks, clothing display racks and shoe racks. Industrial storage requirements are reviewed separately according to project layout, structural configuration and loads.
A useful starting brief explains what the rack will hold, the available space, the intended arrangement and the order quantity. Buyer drawings, reference samples or photographs can support an initial review. Where details are incomplete, we identify the specifications that need confirmation before establishing the quotation basis.
Match the Rack Configuration to Its Use
Custom development should resolve practical differences between the reference product and the intended application. Shelf spacing must accommodate the displayed items. Clothing rails need suitable hanging clearance, while shoe displays require usable tier spacing and presentation angles. Commercial kitchen racks need dimensions and tier arrangements suited to the working space.
Our size and structure customization review covers these details alongside connections, adjustable components and assembly requirements. For pallet, cantilever, FIFO or mezzanine projects, buyers should also provide layout dimensions and relevant load conditions. A configuration change may affect several components rather than one overall dimension.
Confirm Materials, Finishes and Components Together
Material selection is reviewed with the structure and intended use. Options may include steel sheet, tube, wire, stainless steel and selected mixed-material display components. Thickness, connection design and relevant load requirements need confirmation together.
Finishes and accessories also affect the solution. Powder-coated colors, stainless steel surfaces, shelves, hooks, dividers, casters and logo panels should be identified in the purchasing specification. We review component compatibility before production so that an approved appearance does not conceal an unresolved assembly detail.
Use Samples to Resolve Critical Details
Samples help confirm component fit, usable space, finish appearance, branding and assembly. Existing or lightly modified samples usually require around 7–12 days. Customized samples generally require around 12–20 days, with longer schedules possible for complex work.
Through sample development, the required approval items are agreed before bulk production. Depending on the rack, confirmation may use drawings, component samples or an assembled sample. Larger structural projects may require additional technical review instead of a complete physical sample.
Establish the Bulk Order and Delivery Basis
Customized retail and display programs generally start from about 100–300 sets, depending on material, finish and structure. Industrial racking is quoted according to project configuration, quantity or steel volume.
Customized retail and display production normally requires around 30–45 days, while larger industrial projects may require around 35–60 days depending on scope and scheduling. Inspection follows the approved requirements, including dimensions, connections, finish, component fit and packing. Selected load or structural testing is arranged according to the agreed specification.
Our private label and packaging options address component protection, hardware kits, labels and carton requirements. Shipment arrangements are reviewed against the order and destination.
Send a Brief for Your Rack Solution
Send the rack application, dimensions, quantity, relevant loads, material and finish preferences, accessories and destination.
