Rack Development Around Your Purchasing Specification
Beamvora Racks manufactures custom racks for importers, distributors, retail chains, shopfitting contractors and project buyers. Our main programs cover supermarket racks, stainless steel kitchen racks, clothing display racks and shoe racks. We also review pallet racking, cantilever racking, FIFO systems and mezzanine structures according to project requirements.
OEM work can begin with a drawing, reference sample, technical specification or application brief. Before quoting, we review what the rack needs to hold, where it will be used, how it will be assembled and how it will be shipped. These details establish the basis for material selection, structural configuration, sample development and production.
Dimensions, Layout and Structural Configuration
Width, depth, height, shelf quantity and shelf spacing influence both product suitability and manufacturing cost. Supermarket shelving may require single-sided, double-sided or end-cap arrangements. Clothing and shoe displays need suitable rail positions, display clearances and accessory layouts. Kitchen racks require dimensions and tier arrangements that fit the intended commercial space.
Our size and structure customization process reviews these requirements together with connections and assembly details. For industrial projects, layout, upright and beam configuration, load conditions and project quantity require separate confirmation. A change in dimensions may also affect material thickness, component design and packing volume.
Materials, Steel Specifications and Surface Finishes
Material options include cold-rolled steel sheet, steel tube, wire and stainless steel, with selected wood, MDF, acrylic or plastic components for suitable display designs. Stainless steel kitchen racks can be reviewed in 201 or 304. Q235 or Q355 steel can be specified for suitable structural racking projects.
Material grade, thickness and rack configuration must be considered together. We do not treat a material change as an appearance choice alone. Through material and steel specification review, buyers can confirm the relevant requirements before fabrication.
Powder-coated colors, stainless steel finishes and other applicable treatments are reviewed against the product and application. Color references or approved finish samples help establish the production standard.
Branding, Shelves and Accessories
Retail and display programs can include logo panels, header boards, printed graphics and labels where appropriate. Buyers should provide artwork, required dimensions and the proposed position so branding can be reviewed alongside the rack structure.
Shelves, hooks, baskets, dividers, casters, feet and hardware kits can also be configured. Their quantity, attachment method and position need confirmation before production. An accessory that fits a reference rack may require modification when the frame, hole pattern or finish changes. The approved specification should identify these details clearly to reduce substitutions and assembly problems.
Samples and Pre-Production Approval
A sample should resolve the details that are difficult to judge from drawings alone: component fit, finish appearance, accessory placement, assembly and packaging. Existing or lightly modified samples normally require around 7–12 days. Customized samples generally require around 12–20 days, while complex developments may take longer.
Our sample development process establishes which drawings, technical details or physical samples need approval. Sample charges and delivery arrangements are confirmed according to the work involved.
Before bulk production, dimensions, materials, finishes, accessories and packing requirements are recorded against the approved order. Industrial projects may need additional layout and load-condition confirmation rather than a complete physical sample.
MOQ, Production Scheduling and Inspection
Standard retail and display rack programs typically start from approximately 50–100 sets per model. Customized programs generally start from about 100–300 sets, depending on material, finish and structure. Industrial racking is quoted by project configuration, quantity or steel volume.
Standard production is generally planned for around 25–35 days after specification confirmation. Customized retail and display programs normally require around 30–45 days; larger industrial projects may require around 35–60 days depending on scope and scheduling.
Inspection follows the relevant approved requirements, including dimensions, hole positions, weld condition, coating appearance, component fit, stability and trial assembly. Load or structural testing is arranged for selected products and projects when required by the agreed specification.
Private Label Packaging and Export Preparation
Packaging must protect the finish, keep components together and support practical handling. Suitable options include knock-down cartons, PE or EPE protection, corner protectors, hardware kits, bundled packing and pallets.
Our private label and packaging options can include barcode labels, carton marks and branded packing where suitable. Component quantities and packing details are checked before shipment. EXW, FOB, CIF and selected DDP arrangements are reviewed according to the order and destination.
Send Your Requirements for Review
For an initial quotation, send the rack type, application, dimensions, quantity, relevant load requirements, preferred material, finish and accessories. Include drawings or reference photos, branding and packaging requirements, and the destination country or port. We will review these details before confirming the quotation basis, MOQ, sample requirements and production schedule.
